- The 9 secrets of building nurturing and supporting relationships. Use the Enneagram as a guide for building strong and healthy relationships.
- Building block of the Enneagram Type. What are some of the building blocks of the Enneagram Types and why are they so fundamental for the way we act, feel and think.
- The dynamics between the types. There are 45 combinations of types in the Enneagram, and each pair of types have their own dynamic and way they both trigger and support each other. Get a better understanding of the hidden dynamics in your relationship.
- Psychological need of the type. Every type has their own psychological and existential need for love and meaning. Build compassion for your partner and acceptance for yourself.
About the teacher
For over 20 years, Flemming has integrated different disciplines like psychology, leadership, teamwork, and communication with life purpose, personal growth, life-quality, and the meaningful life. He has authored 15 books, with eight oriented to integrating the Enneagram into practical use. He has been a popular speaker at IEA Conferences since 2004, presenting on leadership, teamwork, presence and mindfulness, and, more recently, the integration of integral theory with the Enneagram. Flemming is also co-founder of IEA Denmark and an active member of the board for many years.
Flemming’s company, THINK ABOUT IT, celebrated the 17th anniversary of being the Enneagram Institute of Denmark and responsible for training more than 50,000 students over the last decades. Flemming’s highly-precise Enneagram test, used by more than 130,000 people, is also a standard inside a number of large corporations in Denmark, in support of employee recruitment, retention, and development.
Since 1996, one of his biggest contributions to the Enneagram community is the extensive use of the Enneagram in leadership-training and team-development in business and public sector organizations.
Flemming is a fully-certified teacher through The Enneagram Institute and is a certified Integral Development Coach through New Ventures West, a leading coach training school. Flemming has also studied at the University of Notre Dame’s “Executive Integral Leadership” program and the Strozzi Institute’s “School of Embodied Leadership.”
Flemming has a dedication to explore the practical ways of developing personal excellence, with an increasing emphasis on tailoring the right practices to develop specific new competencies. As a presenter he uses his Danish humor while challenging everyone to be real. He helps clients ask the big questions of “Why?” and facilitates processes for finding answers to these questions that ring true in the heart.
